My name is Sarah Lea White. I am a counseling psychology master's student at Texas Woman's University. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Paul Moore toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use an emotion focused, multicultural and person-centered approach to therapy. I enjoy working with people struggling with interpersonal issues, codependency, anxiety and low self-esteem. I am also passionate about working with people who have religious trauma and/or are in recovery from high control groups. I look forward to supporting you in your mental health journey!

Sarah works out of ROCC’s Richardson office. To schedule an appointment with her, please call 469-619-7622 or email ROCC's Richardson office at ROCC@richlandoaks.org.

We don’t hear much about how painful it is to go from being completely stuck to becoming unstuck. The process of becoming unstuck requires tremendous bravery, because basically we are completely changing our way of perceiving reality, like changing our DNA. We are undoing a pattern that is just not our pattern. It’s the human pattern.
