master's student in counseling

supervised by Jeremy cooper, lpc

Hey there! I’m Caitlin and I am a mental health counseling graduate student at Texas Woman’s University. I work with the supervision of Dr. Cooper which means you’ll have even more professional support in your corner.

I use an existential approach which means I will help you identify major themes to your life and journey while tailoring to your unique needs. My intention is to validate your experiences, show you the healing of unconditional positive regard and presence, and to help you build the agency to take on life's challenges regardless of your past. I aim to provide you with both empathy and psychoeducation that can help you understand yourself and how to better regulate your emotions.

Issues that I am ready to aid you with include anxiety, depressed mood, loneliness, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, identity related issues, relationship troubles, and more.

I understand the path that led you here has likely been long and counseling itself may feel foreign and unknown territory for you, but I am ready to walk with you on your journey towards personal growth.

Caitlin works out of ROCC’s Richardson office. To schedule an appointment with her, please call 469-619-7622 or email ROCC's Richardson office at ROCC.Richardson@richlandoaks.org.
